4. Fluxality SMS Updates
Program and message types
Fluxality SMS Updates provides text messages about inquiries you make to Fluxality, consultation or appointment scheduling and reminders, and client or service updates. Messages may be sent using automated technology. The messages you receive must remain within the purpose disclosed when you opt in.
Separate, voluntary consent
Participation requires your separate express consent through the enrollment method presented to you. Providing a mobile number alone, agreeing to general website terms, or sending an ordinary contact-form inquiry does not establish SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can communicate with us by email or phone without enrolling in texts.
You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. Notify us if you change your number so we can update our records. These terms do not enroll you in promotional campaigns or authorize messages outside the scope of your consent.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries, appointments, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider’s plan determines any charges for sending or receiving texts; contact your provider with questions about those charges.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any Fluxality text message to unsubscribe from the program. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further program messages will be sent unless you choose to opt in again. You can also request that we stop texting by contacting support@fluxality.com or calling (855) 560-6700.
How to get help
Reply HELP to a Fluxality message for assistance. You can also email support@fluxality.com or call (855) 560-6700. Send keyword replies to the number that sent you the message; the support phone number listed here is available for calls.
Delivery and availability
Message delivery depends on your mobile provider, device, and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not an emergency service; do not use it to send urgent, sensitive, or confidential information.
Privacy
Mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting delivery may process this information only on our behalf to operate the messaging program. Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
